Description

As Account Manager, Online Retail, you will report into, and work alongside our Director, Online & Digital Sales as a key part of our dedicated team of sales, marketing and publicity professionals selling to all manner of customers across Canada.

You are a detail-oriented self-starter, who is naturally inquisitive and committed to the success of the entire company. You have a strong analytical mind and are always looking to learn and improve your skills as well as the processes in your position and share your findings to improve the entire team and add value for external stakeholders. Interest and/or experience in data analytics and online advertising a plus, as is a comfort with and interest in learning new tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting with:

  • Account Management - Liaise with both client publisher and retail management teams to ensurewe continue to meet and exceed shared goals, while adjusting to evolving requirements
  • Business Planning & Forecasting - Use business analytics expertise to proactively identify andrealize opportunities to increase revenue and overall performance. Prepare and utilize salesforecasts to help plan inventory requirements and support strategic selling plans.
  • Day-to-day Account Management - Perform day-to-day account management and serviceactivities including account-specific troubleshooting and inquiries.
  • Merchandising & Marketing - Manage opportunity-based merchandising and advertisingcampaigns to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Product & Catalogue Management - Work with both publisher and retail teams to identify andresolve catalogue issues inhibiting performance while providing oversight and root causeanalysis of issues.
  • Report Management - Liaise with and proactively communicate pertinent information to bothinternal and external stakeholders.
  • All other duties as assigned.
