About the role:
We are looking for someone to join the Americas higher education sales team to help drive textbook sales in Canada. Our team is highly collaborative and works together to increase textbook sales for Cambridge. Our sales team works with textbooks across all curriculum subjects from astronomy and physics through classics and engineering to psychology and statistics. We are part of a global higher education team that takes pride in publishing textbooks that matter.
Our strategy is to focus on upper level courses where we can complement and extend our research and professional publishing. We partner with authors, teachers, and students to support excellence, best practice, and affordability in teaching and learning. While working toward a digital future, we support students and instructors with print as well as digital options.
You will have experience in selling in the higher education market in Canada. You will be skilled in territory management, accustomed to working with CRM’s, and be able to assess and juggle priorities. You will value collaborative teamwork, but be able to work independently. You will want to be part of a new and growing higher education team.
