Between January and August, e-book sales in the U.S. have increased by 193 %, according to a report released by the Association of American Publishers on Thursday. E-book sales amounted to $263 million during the period, or 9% of total sales. Meanwhile, print sales of adult and children’s titles dropped in August, but the AAP reports that all book sales have increased by 6.9% for the year so far.
