ChiZine Publications, the Peterborough-based science-fiction/fantasy publisher, has announced some changes to its Imaginarium anthology‚ an annual collection of the press’s best short-fiction and poetry.
ChiZine is expanding the collection’s length to include more work‚ beginning with Imaginarium 5‚ due in summer 2017. As a result‚ the anthology will now appear every two years instead of annually.
“The number of fantastic submissions we receive for Imaginarium has grown exponentially each year,” co-publisher Sandra Kasturi said in a release. “[This] will give us the time and space needed to consider and include more submissions, celebrate more fantastic authors, and provide our readers with an even better final product.”
A call for submissions for Imaginarium 5 will be announced in December.
