On Tuesday, Publishers Weekly reported that the New York”based
Open Road Integrated Media has unveiled its first list of E-riginals, titles that will be released as e-books before they hit the shelves as trade paperbacks. According to the report, authors will receive half of the profits from e-book sales.

Open Road has worldwide electronic and physical rights to each title, and marketing efforts will include producing videos that will be distributed through the company’s digital marketing platform.
