The preliminary lineup has been revealed for the International Festival of Authors‚ taking place at Toronto’s Harbourfront Centre Oct. 20–30.

This year’s event will give prominence to graphica‚ contemporary Irish literature‚ and non-fiction genres. More than 200 authors and publishing professionals are due to attend‚ including headliners Margaret Atwood‚ André Alexis‚ Emma Donoghue‚ Yann Martel‚ Charlotte Gray‚ Jane Urquhart‚ Seth‚ Sharon Butala‚ Viet Thanh Nguyen‚ Michael Deforge‚ David Szalay‚ and Madeleine Thien.
