Rock 'n' roll library

Ever wish the library had longer hours? In an attempt to modernize its library service, England’s Northumberland County Council is looking at potential changes. One option under consideration is the delivery of books to local pubs and post offices to overcome the issue of limited opening hours, reports the BBC.
