Carl Wilson's heart will go on

Toronto writer, music blogger, and Globe and Mail editor Carl Wilson is set to publish a most unusual book of music criticism. Wilson is doing a title for the 33-1/3 series of short books devoted to specific albums (think rock classics and hipster faves, from the Stones to Belle and Sebastian).

Wilson’s choice of album, though, is Celine Dion’s Let’s Talk About Love, which, it’s safe to say, does not figure on many critics’ all-time favourites list. There’s a short excerpt from the book on the series site, and you can also request a PDF of the first two chapters.
