Firefly Books has released a trailer for Escape from Syria (on sale Oct. 3), a graphic novel from Canadian journalist-author Samya Kullab, which tells the story of a displaced Syrian family and their experiences of war before arriving in Canada. Kullab will be talking about her work at Word on the Street on Sept. 24.
