This year is proving to be rich with musician memoirs, thanks to Kim Gordon, Carrie Brownstein, and Chrissie Hynde, among others. Now Canada’s own Buck 65 (a.k.a. Rich Terfry) is joining the band with Wicked and Weird: The True Tale of Buck 65 (Doubleday Canada), slated for release on Aug. 11.
On his Facebook page, the east coast–born hip-hop artist, who also hosts the CBC Radio afternoon show Drive, says the book took three years to write.
