Get 'em while they're young (and hip)

In an attempt to appeal to a younger readership, The New York Times Magazine is introducing a new front section that will feature work of interest to a younger demographic. The section is to include work by young humorists, serialized genre fiction by the likes of Elmore Leonard, and excerpts of work by graphic novelists. Chris Ware, creator of Jimmy Corrigan: The Smartest Kid on Earth and the Acme Novelty Library, has been commissioned to do the first strip.
