Longlists announced for 2026 LCP Book Awards

The League of Canadian Poets has announced the 36 titles longlisted for its three annual book awards. Each award carries a $2,000 prize.

Shortlists for the awards will be announced on May 27, with the winners to be named on June 3. An online reading of the shortlisted poets will be held on June 2.

Gerald Lampert Memorial Award (Best new debut book of poetry)
