Access Copyright Foundation calls for applications for $3,000 Professional Development grant

Professional writers, arts workers, and publishers are among those invited to apply for the Access Copyright Foundation’s Professional Development grant. The grant, worth up to $3,000, supports Canadian writers, artists, and arts professionals, as well as their associated organizations, in funding training and education. Applications are due April 1.

The grants are intended to fund professional development opportunities, such as courses, internships, and residencies. The grants are open to a wide range of arts professionals, including writers, editors, publicists, designers, and administrative workers.

This year the Foundation will distribute $50,000 worth of grants. Over 10 years, the Foundation has provided more than 200 Professional Development Grants cumulatively worth more than $350,000. A full guide to the application process is available on the Access Copyright Foundation’s homepage.
