Morning commuters in Toronto can pick up a free read on Sept. 16 when the Children’s Book Bank will be handing out free kids’ books at Kennedy, Finch, and Islington TTC subway stations between 7–10 a.m.

The non-profit gives away free, gently used books to children and their families in need. In 2018, Book Bank donated 127,000 books through its storefront and various outreach initiatives.
