Diaspora Dialogues is now accepting picture book submissions from emerging writers of stories aimed at ages 3–7 and 4–8 that are 500–1000 words in length.

Those writers selected will receive feedback from a Diaspora Dialogues writer-in-residence over the course of a month. They’ll also be invited to attend professional development workshops throughout the year.

The writer-in-residence will address story, character, structure, pace, writing style, and substantive aspects of the manuscript.

The deadline for submissions is November 30, 2022 at 11:59 pm.
