As part of their 50th anniversary celebrations, the CCBC invited Canadian children’s book illustrators from across Canada to put their unique twist on the Book Head logo.

Formed in 1976, the CCBC is dedicated to the “belief that all Canadians should have the opportunity to read books created by Canadian authors and illustrators.”

Thirteen illustrators participated, including Michael Martchenko, Kevin Sylvester, and Debbie Ridpath Ohi.
