In 2017, The Bookseller ran a survey to investigate issues around harassment within the U.K.’s publishing industry. While the results were shocking – more than half of the 388 respondents reported experiencing some type of harassment – the good news is that the survey results led to the development of an industry-wide code of conduct.

With this confidential survey, Q&Q is taking a similar look at the Canadian publishing landscape. All entries are anonymous. The deadline for submissions is Feb. 22.
