Second Story Press has unveiled a new logo.
The logo commemorates co-publisher Phuong Truong’s new leadership of the press while also paying tribute to previous owner and co-founder Margie Wolfe. “The shape of the glasses is modelled after a pair that Margie used to wear,” Truong said in a press release. “They are a tribute to her incalculable contributions to the company and her incomparable fashion sense.”
Second Story Press, which was founded in 1988, publishes feminist-inspired books. The press remains committed to “publishing stories that are feminist, inclusive, and empowering while discovering new ways to break down barriers, inspire readers, and enact change.”
The logo was designed by in-house production manager, Laura Atherton.
