Winners announced for Canadian Jewish Literary Awards

The winners of the fourth annual Canadian Jewish Literary Awards have been announced. The eight winners will be presented with a $1,000 prize at an awards ceremony to be held Oct. 14 at Toronto’s York University.

The winning titles are:

Fiction
The Ghost Keeper, by Natalie Morrill (HarperCollins/Patrick Crean Editions)

Memoir/Biography
To Look a Nazi in the Eye: A Teen’s Account of a War Criminal Trial, by Kathy Kacer with Jordana Lebowitz (Second Story Press)

Poetry

Yiddish
