Telling Tales, the popular Hamilton children’s book festival, has launched this year’s lineup with a video, emceed by Kevin Sylvester. The main festival will happen online on Sunday, September 20; meanwhile, a new Telling Tales graphic-novel event will take place June 10–12 with virtual workshops.

The video introduced the authors and illustrators taking part in the main festival this year, including Sylvester, Suzanne Del Rizzo, Paul Covello, Monique Gray Smith, Kenneth Oppel, Ruth Ohi, Kathy Kacer, Joanne Robertson, Charlene Chua (who has also done the artwork for this year’s festival), 2018 Governor General’s Literary Award–winner Jonathan Auxier, and many more.
