Taste Canada has announced it’s considerable shortlist of titles for the 2023 Taste Canada Awards, with 41 nominations in five English-language and five French-language categories: culinary narrative, general cookbooks, regional/cultural cookbooks, single-subject cookbooks, and health or special diet cookbooks.
Winners will be announced at a live event on Monday, October 30th, 2023. Taste Canada is a not-for-profit organization that has presented awards for the best Canadian food writing since 1998. Shortlisted titles in the French-language categories can be found at the Taste Canada website.
